We’re always pleased to work with the Ivy, one of the world’s most iconic restaurant groups. Their rapid expansion around the UK shows no sign of slowing down, with several new sites opening in 2018, all of which are serviced by MAV Music. As ever, no detail has been missed at any of these new sites, from their huge four zone showpiece restaurant in Manchester’s Spinningfields to the beautiful development of the Brasserie of Light, situated within the Ivy and featuring the stunning 30ft Damian Hirst sculpture, Pegasus. We provided bespoke playlists for each of these sites as well as new openings in Canary Wharf and Leeds.
