The white isle of Ibiza is something of a second home to the MAV team so we were delighted to be asked to work with one of the island’s premier restaurants and beach clubs, El Chiringuito in Playa Es Cavallet. El Chiringuito is truly a gem of Ibiza, serving beautiful food in a truly stunning location. It’s also known to be a favourite haunt of many of the islands top DJs, so we had to make sure the music was absolutely perfect – we drew deep to create an urbane playlist of avant-garde, modern classical, world music, balearic, exotica and desert house.
