Last year the Japanese restaurant SUMI, by chef Endo Kazutoshi, was completely refurbished and extended. Now reopened, it boasts lots more room for diners, a new bar sporting high seats, and a central kitchen serving some amazing new dishes. From Nigiri, sashimi and temaki sit alongside wagyu and fish cooked over charcoal.

MAV was commissioned to develop a collection of playlists to pair with the lively atmosphere that starts at lunchtime and progresses into the evening when the sound is slightly more upbeat.
