British Land, one of the largest property development and investment companies in the United Kingdom, have recruited MAV Music to provide bespoke playlists for four sites across London’s financial district.

Our music will now set the tone for the work day at British Land’s four state-of-the-art office complexes; 199 Bishopsgate, 100 Liverpool Street, Broadwalk House and 1 Finsbury Avenue.

Housing a mix of mellow, contemporary sounds, our playlists are the perfect accompaniment for a focussed workday or a relaxing lunch break.

This looks to be the start of a long and fruitful collaboration with British Land and we’re chuffed to be working with developers who understand the importance in creating the right atmosphere for businesses looking to get the most out of their office space.
