12 Mar MAV AND THE FARI ISLANDS TAKES THE NEXT STEPS IN A MUSICAL JOURNEY

Since our last update, the Patina Fari Islands project has been further cementing its claim as the premiere resort destination for music-lovers in the Indian Ocean. When MAV Founder Mikey Vettraino set out for a month playing Sunset DJ sets in February, he found out about exciting plans for the future, experienced the stunning hospitality, and met some famous names in the world of music, who are also excited by the possibilities in Fari Islands: the hottest hotel in the Maldives. 

First of all, Mikey’s four week residency brought in a new-age for MAV Live, and we will now be sending over premium DJs to the Maldives for monthly residencies. We are ensuring that these DJs have both the audience engagement, crowd pleasing bangers and balearic sunset jams to hit the mark every night there, and experience as resort DJs. This is another feather in the MAV Cap at Patina Fari Islands, where we already do six separate zones of music.

After nightly discussions with the owners about their vision, MAV has also been commissioned to develop a music studio at the Fari Islands resort, where renown artists from around the world can come to record their latest albums and singles. We have already begun planning the studio with our audio partners, which will be in keeping with the highest standards in music production and sound, and we know the finished product will be something truly special.

Fari Islands Patina is proving to not just be a stunning holiday destination, but a sonic paradise, full of musical creativity, possibilities and, of course, a MAV Hotel Soundtrack.
