AEG O2 Arena
The O2 Arena is the busiest entertainment venue on the planet. Over nine million visitors walk through its doors every year, more than Madison Square Garden, more than any other arena in the world. Since opening in 2007 on the Greenwich Peninsula, it has hosted everyone from Prince to the Rolling Stones, UFC title fights to the BRIT Awards, and has become as much a part of London's skyline as the building it replaced.
We've worked with AEG across twelve curated zones within the arena complex, from the main concourse and entertainment district entrance to the AMEX VIP Lounge, the Lanson Champagne Bar, the Residence, and the backstage corridors that artists walk through before stepping on stage. Each space serves a different purpose and carries a different energy, but together they form the sonic architecture of the entire O2 experience.
The concourse is where anticipation builds. Twenty thousand people moving through a single space, all heading towards the same moment, the music needs to channel that collective energy without tipping into chaos. The VIP lounges are a different world entirely: intimate, premium, and designed for guests who expect the same attention to detail they'd find at a Mayfair restaurant. The backstage areas carry a focused, professional calm.
Getting this right means understanding scale. Not just the size of the building, but the sheer variety of what it hosts. A Saturday night arena tour has a completely different audience to a midweek comedy show or a boxing card. Our programming adapts to every event, every audience, and every shift in energy, ensuring that the nine million annual visitors always feel like the experience was designed for them. Because it was.
